Hello. I am considering purchasing a new home in Tavola.
Has anyone bought a home from Lake Ridge builders?
If so, any comments are helpful.
Are the taxes super high? What is an estimated monthly tax amount?
Also - does the community have recycling in addition to trash service?
What are the approx. monthly fees for trash, and whatever other services I may want to know?

@Benea I answered the majority of your question on your other thread. To my knowledge, Long Lake is so new they haven't closed on any of their homes. Two are ready for move in and they still have for sale signs. Most people have Lennar or Perry homes. I'm not sure if anyone can answer it yet.

@JuanSolo who did you use? Would you recommend them?

Just reading all these comments. We are considering buying in Tavola. Are you all still happy? Any crime issues? Is trash pick up once a week? Utility bills reasonable? Internet and cable ok? Any info is greatly appreciated.

@Happybritgirl been here two years now and doing well. Bought from Perry In The 65's only objection is the property taxes are higher than any other part of the country I've lived in by a lot not to mention the ridiculous mud Rees.
