Yeah and the powers that be, think well hell let's throw another chicken place or nail salon there and call it good. Smh, I saw the new shopping center in new Caney got a hot dog junk shop. They were classing it up till they did that bone head move. I really wonder what they are thinking some times.

Prior to coming here, the rumor I heard was that one of the two buildings they're converting it to would be an Aldi - some kind of grocery store? Came here to see there was any truth to that, but instead I'm seeing several mentions of Harbor Freight. Maybe both?I agree with someone else on Fuddruckers - that would be great to have in town! It'll also be nice to have a Wendy's, as I do get a craving for them occasionally. What I really miss is Dairy Queen.

Wendy's is in humble fuddrickers and dq are in Kingwood for anyone needing a fix.

@carol888 : Aldi is NOT a sister store to Trader Joe's, even though it is a grocery store owned by the brother of the owner of TJ's, the brothers split ways and their stores are in no way related: not by ownership, finances, market demographic, or what they sell.
