I read that there would be a movie theater back when this new commerce center was announced. Is that still on the table?

That is the plan, I think the developers are still trying to woo a movie theater company to build...as far as I know there are no concrete takers just yet to build a theater.
 
I'm a little concerned because the new Site Plan says "Entertainment Center" whereas on other maps it used to say "Movie Theater" in that spot.
 
Signorelli is working on it, but these things are often out of the developer's control and you won't know for sure until the ink is dry.

Just a reminder, too...
 
There are ~20 stores announced so far, but it looks like the Stage 1 Site Plan has space for an additional 30-40 retail locations that have yet to be leased / announced.

Would love a Boston Market or Red Robin. Whole foods or Trader Joe's would be nice too but I don't see that happening. Dress Barn, Khol's would be nice as well.

H.E.B., Bank of America, more upscale Restaurants (Lupe Tortilla, Papadeaux's, Papacita's, a really good Steakhouse, Landry's, etc.).
