@HarleyRider: Thanx for the elucidation. I'm familiar with the road...just not the abbreviation. I only get as far south as Kingwood a few times a year, mostly to visit the dentist. But when I do, I have to drive on the parkway from Northpark to Rustic Woods.
My biggest concern with the SH99 expansion is the planned Galaxy Blvd exit. If that gets built, it'll greatly increase traffic in the east end of Roman Forest with a straight shot from FM2090 in Splendora down to the Grand Parkway. I hate the thought of it becoming a major thoroughfare.
