@stephmc

I acknowledged what you said however i disagree.

The fact of the matter is they conducted an illegal search and seizure without a warrant. The warrant was not issued until after the fact. They broke into a locked home to accomplish this and then lied on official court documents about it.

If you are going to enforce the law you have to abide by it too.

I agree they should abide by the laws however sometimes situations warrant immediate action.

I would like to see the rationale for not getting a warrant.

@Jody You seem to have a bad habit with assumptions. I did not remove the post in question. It was removed by the groups creator because of allegations of you and others slandering members with your comments. The guidelines are taken seriously in our groups and no post is ever removed unless it is not within the guidelines. This is the reason yours with it's unrelenting ranting and ridiculous accusations was allowed to remain for such a long period of time. I see that you are still on this, without even a break for much needed rest, several days after you were removed from our group. You seem also to have a heck of a lot of energy. What are they feeding you in the state you reside, California? Your constant ranting for the length of time you have been at it speaks for itself. I think you should try and eat something and get yourself some rest before you end up in the hospital.

@Michael Watson to attack me personally on a public issue that we ALL have a right to know about and discuss tells me a lot of your character and only confirms the question of the bully tactics you impose in your group! As well as your "buddies" @ precinct 4. As far as "slander"! Asking; "is it ok to break the law to uphold the law?" Is in no way shape or form slandering anyone! Besides it is actually a freedom in America to discuss and inform of a PUBLIC officials actions given to us by the Constitution without fear of retaliation! !! I find it funny you allowed everyone who agreed with you in your efforts to defend precinct 4, but deleted the article when the discussion started veering away from your favor!!! As far as me living in California at the present moment, MC has been my home for years, I'm a graduate of Splendora, family and friends still there and I to may reside there again. Besides the allegations in this issue are Federal Constitutional laws broke, not just local! Now that I know u are concerned more about my health, eating and sleeping habits than the Constitutional laws broken in these allegations I will gladly keep you informed. My health is great, although I did get a mild case of heartburn from all the b.s. I just read from you personal attack on me! I had Ribeye, salad and a loaded baked potato for dinner last night. A perfect medium just like I like. My conscience is pretty clear so my sleep habits are the usual, 6-8 hours a night. Not my personal best but not unhealthy either. With my health eating and sleeping habits accounted for on to the next attack! Ranting for long periods of time? Upside the amount of energy and time you have spent deleting, defending, or attacking me I look like a sluggish snail crossing the road. Only difference is the snail is dodging cars and I'm dodging your attacks. Now Im sorry that we disagree on the subject. I'm sorry my intelligence doesn't allow me to be controlled like a puppet. I'm sorry it has allowed me to educate myself enough to read the CONSTITUTION so many Americans have forgot about! I'm sorry it gives me the strength to speak up when someone is wrong, no matter who it is or thier social status. I'm sorry that more don't speak up, out of fear of retaliation. I am also sorry that you can't answer a simple question without resulting in childish bully attacks! Last but not least I'm sorry we can't all be personal friends with people at precinct 4. Maybe then we could all be "buddies" and defend them for when they break the law!!

@Stealth83. Lol. Paragraphs are a good thing. Just hard to do with the little reply window on a phone. Your not going to hurt my feelings if you want to put in paragraph form and correct some of the punctuation, then repost. Emoticon

IMHO, civil forfeiture and things like above are one reason why people have trouble respecting police agencies. Most are great, but some are gangsters with badges.

@Jody I loved reading this. You make many excellent points. You have him/them worried about exposure for their illegal activities and bullying. Don't quit.
