Awarded by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the Master Textile Cleaner designation is a distinction held by fewer than 4% of professionals worldwide. Earning it requires over 60 hours of intensive training across five technical disciplines—including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, odor control, carpet repair, and textile color restoration—along with a minimum of three years of certified field experience. Mike Decker brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in preserving carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, and fine area rugs.
