Bloom : oh I forgot you used to own a donut shop. That's the best filling there is . I don't like it when they put icing in it or that whipped cream in it. These were so good. These were like the ones I remember in my hometown.

We used that in our chocolate eclaires. We also did a maple bar with the creme filling. I haven't thought about that in 35 years!

I went to a luncheon in Conroe today. And the host had the best eclairs and cream puffs from a bakery there. I've got to ask her where this bakery is it because they were so good. It wasn't Bavarian cream or the whipped cream it was the custard filling. So good. She actually hosted it at her home. Very nice

Genesis : a bakery in Conroe I've gotta find out the name of it lol. Probably don't need the name of it because I don't need to be picking them up when I visit my friend there.
