Valley Ranch Town Center update

Signage for the Poke & Ramen restaurant and Sub Zero ice cream have gone up. The "Shop Valley Ranch" website shows both establishments opening some time this month, November!

And just outside of the Town Center, along the 59 southbound feeder just south of 99, Discount Tire has announced they will have their grand opening this Saturday, Nov 10th.

Things have been growing quickly lately in this area. Have you noticed any other changes going on in the Valley Ranch neighborhood?

I remember Shakey's from Madison, WI. Pizza, complete with a piano player and banjo for an out-of-tune sing-along. Good times.

@carol888 : Yes, the Shakey's was on Bellaire Blvd, in Bellaire. My friends an I practically lived there. "SHAKEY'S PIZZA PARLOR AND YE PUBLIC HOUSE ARE WHERE YOU SHOULD BE TONIGHT" ............ I'll never forget that place--ever. There are a few of these left, but only in CA. There may be one left on the SE coast. Mexico City supposedly has one.
