Two Children Killed in RV FireA deadly RV fire in Cleveland near New Caney claimed the lives of two children early this morning, according to fire officials. Just after 5:30 AM on August 11th, firefighters were dispatched to the Cleveland area of Liberty County, where crews arrived to find an RV fully involved in flames and beginning to collapse.Cleveland Fire Chief Sean Anderson said firefighters entered the RV and found two adolescent siblings deceased inside. Other family members who were in the area were evaluated by EMS. East Montgomery County Fire assisted Cleveland and Tarkington firefighters at the scene. Law enforcement and fire marshal investigators from the area are also involved in the investigation. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.Our condolences go out to the family and everyone affected by this tragedy.
