Cbear : If they are owned by the same people who own Hacienda Polomas (and I am not sure IF they are, I have not checked), but IF they are I will not give them my business after my credit card receipt was altered at one of the other locations and management refused to do anything about it.

Cbear : The server altered my tip. I had already tipped about 20% for **** poor service, but the server felt the need to add another five dollars on top of my tip. Management didn't care and refused to do anything about it. To me it was fraud and I refuse to ever give them another penny of my business at any location they own.

Weathergirl5 : Wow. I am so sorry that this happened to you. That would make me angry too. I am trying to get in the habit of tipping via cash and just using my card to pay for the meal. I read that servers like it as they get it right away and you can avoid things like this happening.
Sweetie : Yes it is and I told them that when I talked to them but they didn't seem to care so I will not ever go back.

Weathergirl5 : Oh I understand. Once you get burned....it is hard to return. The only other option is to pay for meal and tip in cash. I myself rarely have cash on me though.
