Target store coming to Valley Ranch Town Center!
The Northeast Houston master planned community of Valley Ranch will soon be home to another highly regarded national retailer. Valley Ranch Town Center will be adding Target to the 240-acre mixed-use development’s lineup of large anchors including Kroger Marketplace, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Hobby Lobby and Cinemark Theater.
Target will offer area shoppers 136,000 square-feet of additional retail between Kroger and Academy Sports + Outdoors, right at the intersection of I-69 and the Grand Parkway North. Adjacent to Target will be a 40,000-square foot building with 23,000-square feet currently under contract with another national retailer soon to be announced. A portion of the remaining prime retail and restaurant space is currently in negotiations and open to pre-leasing.
“Excitement is building at Valley Ranch as we celebrate adding Target to the Town Center,” said Danny Signorelli, President and CEO of The Signorelli Company, the developer of the award-wining community of Valley Ranch. “The Signorelli Company purpose to create better places to enrich lives and lifestyles will be fulfilled with this addition; Target will not only offer area residents and shoppers more retail options in the neighborhood, but they will also be responsible for creating local jobs.”
Valley Ranch has become the epicenter of growth for Montgomery County, encompassing over 1.5 million square feet of development including 1 million square feet of retail and 500,000 square feet of residential, entertainment, civic and hospitality projects. Over 240 acres of parks, lakes and greenspace are part of the master plan, along with New Caney ISD’s 8,500-seat Randall Reed Stadium and 400-seat Natatorium.
