Suspect Arrested for Second Evading Arrest Charge 
From Constable Hayden, Montgomery County Precinct 4: June 20, 2023
One female has been placed in custody following a traffic stop off N Grand Parkway / Monday Hargrove Rd in New Caney. The female, Brenda Jones, who had previously evaded Pct. 4 deputies also attempted to evade again today. Brenda was apprehended and arrested for an outstanding felony Possession of a Controlled Subtance warrant, as well as two counts of Evading Arrest. Her spouse, Samuel Haynes, was also arrested for Hindering Apprehension of a Known Fugitive.
