Can anyone go ? Do you half to sign up to go ? How does it work

It's open to the public so anyone can show although you must be 18+ to bid on a unit. You don't have to "sign up" for anything but we do have a bidders registry you sign on so you have a bidder # to keep track of who wins which units easier. Cash only, if you win a unit you pay the amount you bid plus a $100 cleaning deposit, you have 72 hours to clean it out and that means the good the bad and the ugly. If it's emptied and clean within 72 hours you get your $100 deposit back.

It was a great turnout, thankfully the local police didn't mind all the cars parked along the road since we had way more than expected show up. From the people I did get to talk with they seemed to enjoy it and looking forward to our next one whenever that might be. We do have our Community Yard Sale date planned now which will be June the 16th.

Father's Day weekend? Might make it harder?

Didn't even realize it was but the weekend after that is our auction weekend so gotta fit it somewhere Maybe i'll add a tag line "don't know what to get dad for fathers day? Come find a hidden treasure at our community garage sale!" lol
