Splendora Police Department Stops 4- Time Felon

A Splendora Officer conducted a traffic stop on November 11th on East River Dr near 3rd St. During the investigation the driver was found to be in possession of a firearm.

It was learned that the driver is a 4 time convicted felon and currently on parole out of Montgomery County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

The male is now in custody for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and is being transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident!

This really out to be the last time for this fella. Put him in jail for the rest of his life. He is clearly not learning any lessons and putting people in danger too.

Omg! A 4 time felon with a gun. He has learned nothing. They need to put him back in prison and leave him there. What happened to three strikes and you're out

People often complain about routine traffic stops. But often this is the only way the police find parole violators and wanted felons.
