Roman Forest Police Arrest New Caney Man After Alleged Threats to Utility WorkersRoman Forest police arrested William Kinzer, 72, after a disturbance involving utility workers doing construction along Roman Forest Boulevard. Witnesses told officers that Kinzer became upset about work near his property, went inside and returned with a handgun. Police alleged that he chambered a round and waved the gun toward the workers in a threatening manner. Officers recovered the firearm. The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office accepted charges of Deadly Conduct and Interfering with Public Duties.Kinzer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
