New Caney Suspect Charged in Child Exploitation Case

On October 8, 2025, the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, serving as lead agency for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, executed a search warrant in East Montgomery County.

The investigation began after a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) reported that an individual was uploading and distributing child sexual abuse material online. Evidence led investigators to identify the suspect as Brandon Dennis Sickafoose, 25, of New Caney.

A search of Sickafoose’s home uncovered digital evidence confirming his involvement in sharing and purchasing illegal material. He admitted to viewing and possessing child sexual abuse content.

@Bloom : Wow....I know that this happens but.....every single time an arrest is made..it still shocks me. At 25, I had complete my BS degree,was married and working full time. This young man needs to find a different direction.

That's why I don't let my granddaughter out without me watching her constantly. I hate it for her because I grew up here and my mom had four daughters who were always outside and she never had to worry about us. But now I don't even like when my 16 year old son going outside by himself let alone my 10 year old granddaughter.
