New Caney Driver Pulls 'Race Day' Stunt, Gets Arrested for DWI

Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX

One of our PCT 4 Deputies stopped a vehicle that decided to show off with a burnout and launch out of a gas station like it was race day at Daytona. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Turns out the driver was already beat up, covered in his own blood, and smelled like he lost a drinking contest with himself.
After a quick investigation (and a long list of poor decisions), he was arrested for DWI. Oh and his car? Seized. Because Texas law doesn’t play around.

Moral of the story: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t burnout at gas stations. And definitely don’t do both while looking like you just lost a fight with a cactus.

@Bloom : Agreed! I was wondering though...is this his 4th DWI? If you look at the top of the picture at sort of indicates that!!

@Bloom : That is waaay too many. Even if you take their license...they will drive without one. I think harder jail time is the only way to turn that behavior around.
