Constable Warns of Hazardous Road Conditions in Montgomery County

From: Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden, Pct. 4 Constable, Montgomery County, TX

Still many areas with black ice on the roadways. When you see it, it’s too late.

Bridges, lower areas, underpasses that did not get any sun yesterday are still frozen. Please use caution today. SLOW DOWN, give extra space.

If you can, go where you need to go later today. Save yourself the headache of a crash or even injury to yourself and others.

@NewCaneyDotCom :
Good idea! Not worth the risk to hit an icy patch.

@Jt88888888 : DH was out and about today for work and said that where there was shade on the bridges there was still a lot of ice. He also said some two lane roads were only had one lane open. I'm sure that will all go away tomorrow.
