Just curious, and can't tell by the article. Wondering if the KSBJ radio station will be re-located in this new facility, or it is strictly office space?

Not sure...this will be considered their new headquarters, though, last I heard.

For a size comparison, the square footage of the building will be a little under 1/3rd the square footage of the new Target.

@botanylover : Absolutely! I'm thrilled that their group is doing so well to build a new office. It would just be a bonus if KSBJ would be here as well!
