@TownHubAdmin : I know time's are hard for a lot of people but if you put yourself in that position you already know what is going to happen if you get caught so why take that chance, so you get what you got coming.

@China1 : But there is the problem nothing happens to them. And so when they get a bond of $200 and they have to pay $20 that's no deterrent.
