Pct. 4 Deputies Warrant Service Leads To A Female Arrest And A Male In CustodyPct. 4 Deputies conducted a warrant service at the Regency Inn off Highway 59 in Porter. During the warrant service, one male was placed in custody for a felonious Assault Family Violence warrant and one female was arrested for a felony Possession of a Controlled Substance- Bond Forfeiture warrant.
During the investigation, multiple types of illegal narcotics were recovered. Both subjects were charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Additionally, the male had an active protection order against the female who was arrested from the same room, and as such was also charged with Violation of a Protective Order.
