@TownHubAdmin : or @anyone :
Anyone know what the scoop is on this? Strange that they're doing a separate market right in between two weekends of the regular Valley Ranch one, tho poking around I see it's different organizers. Not clear where exactly at Valley Ranch it is. Weird how little info organizers sometimes put online about these things.

@Sweetie : Have you been? I see the partial list of organizations but no details other than that and that there's a movie. Ranger needs some more exposure to dogs he doesn't know in situations where I can control distance; maybe we'll go by and hang out along the edges. Get another elevator rep or two in at the same time.

@jjjj : No I I have never been. I just like the name park in the park. But I think ranger would do good there

@jjjj : I know of a market with that group but I thought it was at the Kingwood Town Center. I did a search on FB and found the event. It says it's in front of James Avery, so it's probably the same location as the regular farmer's market. There are no signs around the shopping center, so who knows. I might have to go check it out.

@garfieldgurl : Thanks for looking it up! I was wondering if there might be more info in one of the walled gardens. FBies don't always realize that not everyone hangs out there. When I looked them up earlier I saw the association with the Kingwood stuff but no specific location/info beyond very cursory blurb.

I DID see in that search (and now not finding it again to double check) that the regular VR market is doing a costume pet parade Oct 2. Can't go though - prior commitment. Oh well!

@Sweetie : Too bad about the weather this weekend - just a week off from better temps for the dogs. Unless it's already crazy hot I'm thinking of taking Ranger over for just the start of it; really need to work him around some unfamiliar dogs. With both Pet Supplies Plus and Pet Ranch right by there, we can do an indoor pet store visit to follow up for him to cool off.

@jjjj : Oh that's a good idea to take him to the pet stores . . I think they'll be other dogs at that town center. Let us know how he does!
