MEGA ADOPTION Event is on 9/3/22 and 9/4/22!

MEGA ADOPTION Event is almost here!

Fourteen Houston area shelters will be bringing their animals to one central location at George R. Brown Convention Center for 2 days on 9/3/22 and 9/4/22 from 10:00 to 5:00 for you to visit and ADOPT!

Early bird passes are available for 9:00 on Saturday the 3rd if you want first pick of the dogs and cats that are available.

Volunteers are also needed for each day as well as set up the Friday before and clean up afterward.

Check out the website for more info, to get your early bird pass, or to register to volunteer.

I can't go to that I'd bring them all home. I'm just so weak about homeless pets.

@Sweetie : Me too! I sometimes regret looking at the pictures because I can't bring any home 😞. I hope there's a good turn out and that they all get adopted.

@TownHubAdmin : That's pretty clever! Build demand...

This would probably be one of the safest homeless pet events to work, in terms of not bringing one or more home, since it's probably the most adoptable (least likely to be on kill list) ones there. I.e., less chance of hard luck cases where they die if you don't take them.
