Well that looks nice, so many parking lots around are in desperate need of attention.

So a seafood restaurant and a meat market. Hopefully it all succeeds

I hope it works. We have a lot more houses and jobs in the area so I expect the last few lots to turn into something and eventually people to buy and redo the older lots

@NewCaneyDotCom : They had me a little worried at first; the way they have Valero and such marked on their pdf map, looked like they were going on top of the little center where L&H Cafe is (the spot that was previously Skero's BBQ), which would make no sense. But looks like they're just being a bit sloppy with their markings.I was a little disappointed with the 1314 La MIchoacana; will be curious to see how that upcoming supermercado might be. Hopefully it doesn't suck too much business away from the little independent ones on 1314.
