Sonic, a coffee cafe where people can gather together for bible study and book clubs, half price books, a salad and soup buffet restraunt

White Castle ! I know thats impossible but I want a White Castle !

Kohl's and Target. Bring Sam's back; that building has been empty too long! A nice steak house like Salt Grass, Outback, or Texas Roadhouse. A good seafood place.

What I really, really want is a second-run movie theater.A true Neapolitan-style pizza joint would be awesome too.

Target, Costco, Michael's or Joann (I wish but know won't happen).

Marshalls and Homegoods. And Bringing back Sams Club Would be great.

@NewCaneyDotCom : Bagels! Bonus points if challah / full Jewish bakery. Or other bread bakery; got Yummy Tummy for sweet treats already. A bagel shop could be the best bet though. (I'm still surprised Great Harvest wasn't keen on franchisee going there - seems like higher visibility and easier access than the tucked-away Kingwood spot)On the impossible or generally poor business decision, but one can always make wishes list:
Barnaby's, Star Pizza, Three Brothers Bakery, Half Price Books, Trader Joe's

Trader Joe's/Whole Foods would be nice but don't see it yet. Some type of nice restaurant. Good seafood
