Construction is causing lots of backups on 1485 out beyond Baptist Encampment Road. I have to drive out that way a couple of times a week. I've been stopped anywhere from a few seconds to 30+ minutes.

Yeah, that part of 1485 is just awful. I've been running deliveries out that way the last 7 years and it feels like there's just more and more cars on the road- so its a little more than just a construction issue. Hope the completion of the project will take at least some of the passing-through traffic out.

@otto : That intersection is awful, they need to have traffic lights so whoever needs to turn left on 1485 can do so safely without almost getting hit by the hundreds of fast cars passing by every day, and on Sundays, there is a "cop" or whatever he is.. he is supposed to help the traffic but he doesn't even get out of his car. It's ridiculous how long I have to wait to turn and how dangerous it is to even turn.
