For the second time in less than 2 months, Constable Rowdy Hayden's Office has arrested Joshua Camposano and Ariel Garza for multiple felony charges of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, including cocaine and ecstasy.
According to reports from PCT 4, the first arrests occurred on 3/21/2019 in the 21000 block of Mexican John Rd. in New Caney, TX., when a search warrant was served on Camposano and Garza's residence. Cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana and hundreds of prescription pills were located. Also seized was $9000 in cash along with other evidence. Camposano was charged with Money Laundering, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 4g-200g w/Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 4g-200g w/Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 28g-200g w/Intent to Deliver and Possession of Marijuana 4oz-5lbs. Garza was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 4g-200g w/Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 4g-200g w/Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 28g-200g w/Intent to Deliver and Possession of Marijuana 4oz-5lbs.
In early May, Constable Rowdy Hayden's office received word once again that both Camposano and Garza were selling narcotics, but out of a different location. This time they were at an apartment in the 25000 block of Loop 494.
Another investigation lead to another search warrant that was executed on 5/17/2019. Over 14 grams of cocaine, 300 ecstasy pills, over 100 alprazolam pills and almost 10 ounces of marijuana were located. Camposano and Garza were taken into custody for Man/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 4G-200G, Man/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2 4G-400G, Man/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG3 28G-200G, and Possession of Marijuana 4OZ-5LBS.
Both subjects are currently in the Montgomery County Jail.
Constable Hayden's Office has been a great leader in the effort to crack down on illegal drugs and other quality-of-life crimes in east Montgomery County and will continue these efforts doing everything they can.
