A motorcycle rider forgot to top off his tank before deciding to dangerously flee from deputies at over 150 MPH. According to reports from PCT 4 Constable Rowdy Hayden's Office, at approximately 1:30 AM this morning, one of their deputies observed a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed on US HWY 59 and FM 1314. When he attempted to stop the motorcycle, the driver looked back and attempted to speed away. Units in the area were able to stage on US HWY 59 and keep a visual on the motorcycle, even though it was going over 150 mph. Units saw the motorcycle turn down Fostoria Rd. then pull into a gas station at Morgan Cemetery. Deputies arrived and placed the driver in custody. He was identified as 20-year-old Isaias Castro from Houston.His motorcycle was found with the key in the gas cap and the low-fuel light on. Castro has several previous arrests, including Failure To Stop And Give Info (Hit & Run) and Evading Arrest.
