Several local and state agencies served another search warrant in the Indecency with a Child case against Father Manual LaRosa-Lopez Wednesday morning.According to reports from the DA's Office, today, November 28, 2018, the Conroe Police Department, Texas Rangers, Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and other local agencies executed a search warrant at The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston at 1700 San Jacinto in Houston. This search warrant is the fourth executed in the joint law-enforcement investigation of 60-year-old Father Manual LaRosa-Lopez, a catholic priest who has already been charged with four felony counts of Indecency with a Child in Montgomery County. The primary purpose of this search warrant that was executed today was to gather documents, records, electronics and other evidence in the investigation of LaRosa-Lopez.LaRosa-Lopez was charged in Montgomery County on September 10, 2018. He was booked into the Montgomery County jail on September 11, 2018, and released on September 13, 2018, after making at $375,000.00 bond. The four felony cases are pending in the 435th District Court in Conroe. His next scheduled court date is January 10, 2018 at 1:30pm.
