According to reports from PCT 4, in the early morning hours of Thursday, November 15, a Constable Deputy met with a male and a female on a consensual encounter after they left an area known for narcotics trafficking and use on Southpark Dr near FM 1485 in New Caney.
During the investigation, the male was detained for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. A female riding in the truck provided a fictitious name. After a portable AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) scanner was used, her real name was discovered. Once her real name was ran through Dispatch, the female showed to also have a felony warrant out of Harris County for Forgery.
While inventorying the vehicle, the Deputy located a glass pipe commonly used for smoking methamphetamine inside a plastic shopping bag along with a digital scale. A drink was also discovered to have a small clear plastic bag inside that had been torn open. When tested, the bag and drink tested positive for methamphetamine.
Both suspects were arrested and booked in at the PCT 4 Office.
