The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help locating a female suspect who was seen on surveillance video shoplifting at the New Caney Walmart.
According to authorities, on April 14, 2018, at about 2:30 pm, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 20310 U.S. Highway 69, New Caney, Texas in reference to a theft.
When Deputies arrived they met with loss prevention for Wal-Mart and learned the following. Loss prevention advised they observed a white female suspect bagging several items at the grocery self-checkout. The suspect did not scan all of the items she had inside of her cart. When the suspect got done, she proceeded to the grocery exit where loss prevention approached the suspect and escorted her to their office. The suspect was uncooperative and refused to provide any identification or her name. Loss prevention was able to recover from property but not all of it before she exited the office and store. The suspect was seen getting into a white-colored, four-door, passenger car.
The female suspect is described as a white female wearing a black long sleeved shirt with maroon pants. The suspect has a teenage son who is seen wearing a grayish, long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.
