MCSO Looking For Hit & Run Homicide Suspect

Arrest made for the murder of Ray Jasso!
The
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the persons of interest involved in a Homicide that occurred in the early morning hours of July 2, 2017, in New Caney.
On Saturday night, shortly after midnight, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a party disturbance that occurred in the 18200 block of Emerald Court. When Deputies arrived, they discovered a vehicle, believed to be an early 2000’s model Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe, tan in color, had struck several individuals. The vehicle fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival.
Ray Jasso, of New Caney, TX was one of the individuals struck by the vehicle and later died from his injuries. Jasso was attending the party with his two children when the fleeing vehicle struck him. According to witnesses, multiple people, one of which is described as a white female, occupied the vehicle. The female is described as having long, curly, reddish colored hair. A second occupant is described as a male with a star tattoo on his right cheek and another unknown tattoo on his left cheek. He is also described as having multiple tattoos all over his body.
