"Night Of Life" With MCHD
The Montgomery County Hospital District wants you to be prepared to respond when someone you are with needs help!
The District’s monthly Night of Life class is this Wednesday, May 17. This free three-hour educational program focuses on hands-only CPR, how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), response to choking education and bleeding control training. It starts at 6:00 pm at the Montgomery County Hospital District’s offices located at 1400 South Loop 336 West in Conroe.
This sounded like a great program...And I couldn't believe it was free! I headed over to MCHD last month to see what these courses were about. I met a couple of MCHD's finest, Lee Gillum and Ashton Herring. Ashton spearheads the classes and other outreach programs that MCHD is involved in. She was nice enough to volunteer Lee and herself to be filmed while running through the courses for me to see and share with y'all.
Call and sign up for this FREE training...You never know when you might need to help save someone's life. Reservations for this monthly class are preferred by calling 936-523-1146.
