New verification feature
Is anyone else having issues with the new feature that verifies you're not a bot? Sometimes when I log on, it seems to take forever to decide that I'm human. I watched the clock on my phone yesterday, and after 4 minutes, it was still verifying. I gave up and tried later with much better results. @Joe: maybe this feature could use some tweaking?

@Bloom : I only use my PC and have this site bookmarked to the main page.

Hmm, I usually use my phone but guess I need to check out the bookmark thing. It's frustrating when I want to do a quick check in and it takes so long just to log in.

It checks every time but I am on PC so it is quick.

@Bloom : I haven't run up against that feature. I don't log out on my PC, and it never asks me to log in.

Staying logged in should help. If it doesn't verify you in a second or two, it didn't work...try refreshing the page. Unfortunately, the whole web is getting bombarded by AI lately, and the security programs are having difficulty protecting the site...hence more of the annoying bot checks...
