New Keefer Crossing Middle School and Comprehensive HS #3 Updates

Keefer Crossing Middle School site paving is 80 percent complete. The structural steel is 95 percent complete, masonry is 20 percent complete, storm and sewer site utilities are 95 percent complete and the rough mechanical and electrical installation is 18 percent complete.
Site clearing for Comprehensive High School #3 is 95 percent complete. Rough grading is 55 percent complete. The foundation pad is 100 percent complete and the general contractor is scheduled to start drilling piers this month.
