In September 2025, seventeen CyberTips were received by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and forwarded to the Houston-Metro ICAC Task Force for investigation. The information was assigned to a detective with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office ICAC Task Force.

During a review of digital evidence linked to the CyberTips, investigators identified nearly 200 images and more than 65 videos depicting child sexual abuse material. The investigation revealed the material had been uploaded through an online platform and was traced to a residence in New Caney, Texas. Through subpoenas, records analysis, and digital investigative techniques, detectives and task force officers identified the suspect’s location.

On February 11, 2026, a coordinated effort between the Houston Metro ICAC Task Force, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, multiple Montgomery County constable agencies, and special agents with the Texas Department of Public Safety resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the residence.

During the execution of the warrant, 22-year-old Noah Samuel Estrada was taken into custody and charged with five first-degree felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

“This case is a reminder that predators often rely on technology to harm children,” said Kenneth Rowdy Hayden. “Our investigators and partner agencies are committed to identifying offenders, holding them accountable, and protecting victims. We appreciate the teamwork that went into this investigation.”

The investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be filed. Authorities emphasize that online exploitation investigations remain a top priority, with the ICAC Task Force working daily to identify and apprehend individuals who exploit children through technology.

All individuals arrested or charged are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
