New Caney May Be Getting New Neighbors
 
The Timbers development, put in motion by the Signorelli Co., will be presented to the City of Houston on July 9th. The 2,700 acre project will follow the proposed Grand Parkway, which would connect Hwy 59 and I-10. The plan calls for dozens of neighborhoods, schools, parks, and other community amenities to be developed, and also has acreage set aside for multifamily homes and commercial property.

Where are they gonna get their water supply? We already have enough folks draining Lake Houston.
