New Caney Elementary Celebrates Ribbon Cutting at New CampusNew Caney ISD celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new, New Caney Elementary on August 17th, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of the community's longtime schools. The new campus follows the closing of the original New Caney Elementary, which served generations of students, families and educators.District leaders, staff, students, parents and community members gathered for the celebration. Student speakers Stella Rudolph and Emersyn Tharp also took part in the ceremony. The ribbon cutting officially welcomed the community into the new campus and celebrated the next generation of New Caney Elementary students.
