New Caney Electronics Recycling Event Set for September 19th East Montgomery County Improvement District is hosting an electronics recycling event on Saturday, September 19th, at The Atrium Center in New Caney. Residents can bring unwanted electronics to be collected for responsible recycling instead of sending old devices to the landfill. The event will be held at The Atrium Center, located at 21575 Hwy. 59 in New Caney.
