The Kebab Shop Is Coming to Valley Ranch Town Center in Fall 2025

A new taste of the Mediterranean is coming to Valley Ranch Town Center as The Kebab Shop prepares to open its newest location in Fall 2025. The fast-casual, San Diego-based restaurant will serve its award-winning fries, grilled wraps, signature bowls, and house-made skewers at 21856 Market Place Drive in New Caney.

Known for its fresh, fire-grilled flavors and freshly prepared pita crumbles, The Kebab Shop’s arrival marks the sixth location in the Houston area. With something on the menu for every craving—from crispy falafel to savory döner kebab—Valley Ranch visitors can look forward to a flavorful new go-to for lunch, dinner, and everything in between.

@Bloom : I wonder why the one Gyro has fries inside of it? I mean, I get fries as a side even though it is Mediterranean (fries are the #1 side in America I bet) but inside the Gyro?

Most all the gyros i have ever gotten come with fries. i like Nick the Greek. we order rom them on doordash

Cbear : Most all the gyros i have ever gotten come with fries. i like Nick the Greek. we order rom them on doordash

To me, there is so much food that I don't need a side. There was a place in Atascocita that had a great appetizer with pita chips and some type of spicy dip.... I could go for that again. What is that place? Dang...brain not working. Let me get back to y'all!!
