Felony Theft Warrant Arrest
City of Splendora night shift officers initiated a traffic stop for Expired Registration. Both the driver and passenger did not have identification. The female passenger gave the officer a name and date of birth that, when ran, came back to another woman. Upon further questioning, the passenger admitted that she had given a false name due to a warrant. The officer ran the correct identity, and got a hit with a felony warrant for theft from Harris county. Lapole, Ashley Elizabeth was arrested for Failure to Identify and for a Felony Theft Warrant.
