Fatal ATV Crash Under Investigation in New Caney Area
Fatal ATV Crash Under Investigation in New Caney Area A man in his 40s died following an ATV crash Monday night in the Granger Pines subdivision. Just before 9:30 PM on August 3rd, Caney Creek Fire crews responded to the 13900 block of Great Pines Court after receiving a report of an unconscious man lying in a ditch.
First responders immediately began lifesaving measures, but the man was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators reportedly determined that he had been riding an ATV that overturned and sustained significant damage. The Texas Department of Public Safety investigated the crash with assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Crash Team. No additional details have been released.
