@Bloom : Honestly, I wish we would get something a bit more interesting than another drink place. Kingwood has no reasonable retail. I miss Steinmart. We only have high end like Chico's, Talbots, White house black market. I would also like to see some middle of the road restaurants. Seems like we have a ton of pizza and chicken place and very few casual dining. I personally would love to see an Applebee's etc. type places.

I know a lot of people in New Caney are waiting for a Dutch Bros. Starbucks is overrated and overpriced. But there are a couple of small mom & pop coffee places that opened recently so hopefully they're getting business. I drove by Shouting Grounds mid morning and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot.

That is cool. I'm hopeful for another coffee place that is local, but at least it isn't another Starbucks
