If money weren't an issue, I'd like to have a single-story house with wrapped around porch and a huge kitchen with lots of natural light from skylights that could open and close as needed. Of course, it will also have a shed or structure for hubs' wood working hobby and my business (separate, of course). Oh, it will have a room that would be a movie theater, with surround sound and a popcorn machine, and of course a fridge 😁. I think those are pretty nice requirements 😀
