Copper Theft Busted Near Grand Parkway!
On September 16, Pct. 4 Deputies arrested two suspects from New Caney after a citizen reported a theft in progress near SH 99 and FM 1485 E. Deputies found Kerry Crenshaw Jr. (35) loading copper wire into a red Toyota Camry. Danielle Brown (31) fled on foot but was caught shortly after in a wooded area. TxDOT estimates the theft involved approximately $5,000 worth of copper wire and caused around $10,000 in damage to electrical boxes. Crenshaw and Brown are both charged with felony theft of metal. Brown also faces a misdemeanor charge for evading arrest.

I agree! I am tired of people stealing from others. It is very expensive to have to replace copper because it is not just the copper that needs to be replaced, it's also the labor involved!

Oh my goodness! That's awful. I'm so sick and tired of people stealing what others have worked hard for. Get a job like the rest of us.
