Constables Respond to Felony Evading Suspect in New Caney Deputies took one person into custody yesterday afternoon following an alleged felony evading incident near FM 1314 and the Grand Parkway. The incident was reported around 2:03 PM on August 30th. Authorities said the individual was taken into custody for Felony Evading with a Vehicle. Authorities have not specified anymore specifics on the individual in custody at this time. An arrest and charge are allegations, and the individual is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
