Back to School!
Walmart has their display of school supplies - some good prices if you need those things. That prompted me to look at the calendars for first day back. New Caney starts on August 6, and Humble on August 13. Looks like summer break is winding down!

Bloom : Wow....we no more than just had 4th of July! I wonder if they still do the tax free weekend where parents can get backpacks, clothing etc. If so, plan on NOT going in to the stores that weekend!

Cbear : Probably so, but with those early start dates, that may happen after the fact.

Bloom : I really think this: the year after year earlier start dates is paving the way to year around school. My DD will hate that.
