Another Retail Center Planned Near The Trails in New CaneyA second shopping center is planned near The Trails community in New Caney, with construction projected to begin in 2027. Fidelis Realty Partners is developing the 11.6-acre Trails Market at the northwest corner of Plum Grove Road and the Grand Parkway. Plans call for retail and dining options, with completion expected in 2028. The project is separate from Trails at the Parkway, which is another nearby shopping center where work began in early September. That center is also expected to open in early 2028.
