I used 3 regular mouth jars and 6 wide mouth jars. I added some chicken bouillon to the regular mouth jars, as I found when I cook my potato salad in chicken broth, it adds soo much flavor! Hopefully it does the same with the canned potatoes!!

No, unfortunately my little garden didn't fair too well. But the squash was given to me, and I bought the potatoes 🙈

Once up to pressure, it was 35 minutes in the pressure canner!

I had a customer give me a bunch of peppers and tomatoes today! So I'm going to do the peppers for sure, and I'm thinking I might try homemade spaghetti sauce with the tomatoes!
