The Rusty Buckle Reopening Friday in New Caney With Expanded Menu and SeatingThe Rusty Buckle is set to reopen in New Caney this Friday, September 25th, marking the start of what the restaurant is calling "Rusty Buckle 2.0." The grand reopening begins at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 25th, with a prayer led by Pastor Mark Grimes, followed by a full day of service until around 9 PM.Along with its barbecue staples, the refreshed menu will include burgers, country fried steaks, fish tacos, nachos, appetizers and nightly steaks beginning at 6 PM. Fan favorites such as Redneck Sushi, bacon-wrapped ribs and giant beef ribs are also returning.The restaurant now has seating for about 125 guests inside, with additional seating available on the back patio. Ownership noted that parking may be limited temporarily while the old building remains on the property. The Rusty Buckle is located at 22664 Community Drive in New Caney.
